The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape takes positions regarding public policy affecting sexual violence victims and rape crisis centers. As an organization dedicated to providing services to and advocating for the rights of sexual violence victims, PCAR informs the public; the professional community; criminal justice, medical and legal systems personnel; government officials, and legislators as to its views that affect the goals of the organization.
