Salary Range: $45,000- $67,000
Description: Full time. 40 hours per week, non-exempt position. The primary duties are to coordinate the recruitment, training and utilization of the Center’s volunteers and interns, coordinate the recruitment and training of agency staff, manage all human resources record keeping, and assist the Executive Director in maintaining human resources policies and procedures in accordance with contracts and applicable law.
Qualifications: One of the following: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration, or related field or BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related field and two years relevant experience. Applicant must also possess the ability to communicate effectively in group settings, relate to children and young adults, and have strong organizational skills and flexibility. A valid PA driver’s license, and the ability to pass PA State Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance are required.
