Seeking a Housing Case Manager within our Veterans Services Department. The Housing Case Manager will assist homeless veterans (with or without families) to obtain/maintain housing and achieve their self-sufficiency goals.
The Housing Case Manager will be actively involved in community outreach, case management, coordination of service providers, life skills instruction and provision of supportive services.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with two (2) years' experience OR Associate's degree with four (4) years' experience, a thorough knowledge and understanding of housing, experience with veterans and social welfare services, along with strong organizational and administrative skills especially relating to client file management and reporting.
Must have or obtain criminal, child abuse and FBI fingerprinting clearances. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving history and proof of insurance.
