Job Description
Job Title: Client Services Supervisor
Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt
Work hours: 40 hours per week, flexibility required
Travel Expectations: Some travel, including the possibility of minimal overnight, required
Summary
Provide support to and help advance the mission, programs, and services of Clinton County Women’s Center, Inc., d/b/a
Roads to Peace (CCWC-RTP) through the supervision of direct service staff, ensuring that all direct service staff
offer clients services that provide high-quality advocacy and support with strict adherence to confidentiality,
best practices, and funder standards
Essential Responsibilities
1. Maintain strict confidentiality standards
2. Serve as the Direct Services Supervisor as specified in 42 PA C.S.A. §5945.1
3. Supervise the day-to-day functioning of staff doing direct service work
4. Lead case management and case review on a regular basis
5. In consultation with Executive Director evaluate progress of direct service staff
6. Meet bi-weekly with each full or part-time Direct Staff to maintain continuity of services
7. Maintain and oversee client records, while keeping them in a locked filing cabinet with restricted access
8. Collaborate with other staff to assist the Executive Director with grant and renewal applications, as needed
9. Oversee the provision of support groups and collaborate on relevant community education
10. Be registered and approved on the Protection from Abuse Database (PFAD) and assist with filling out forms, filing
online, and follow-through by helping clients file pro se Protection Orders and Victim Witness information and
advocacy forms
11. Lead and coordinate training of staff and prospective volunteers
12. Document service efforts and time in ETO and Payroll Time Tracking System
Additional Responsibilities
• Complete and remain current in all trainings, relevant to essential responsibilities, and expectations required by
CCWC-RTP funding agencies. This includes the initial SAC and DVC trainings and the ongoing annual
training (SA 6 hours, DV 8 hours)
* Participate in relevant task forces, committees, and meetings, including PCADV Caucuses, if relevant and desired
* Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, follow-up services and transportation to clients, including court
and hospital transportation, accompaniment, and advocacy as needed
* Assist with the maintenance and organization of the shelter, including cleaning, preparing rooms for resident
arrival, intake and storage of food, personal care, cleaning supplies and other donations
* Serve as a backup to on-call personnel
* Perform other duties as required by the Executive Director
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Working knowledge of general PC operations, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
* Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License, use of personal vehicle, proof of appropriate auto insurance and registration
required and be available for travel as position dictate. Successful completion of the background checks as
required by our funders and CCWC-RTP
