Prevention Education Specialist
Full-Time 37.5 hours/week, non-exempt
$19 - $25/hour

We strive to engage our community through awareness, advocacy, and prevention. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Prevention Education Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in the prevention of domestic and sexual abuse through education and awareness programs.
As the Prevention Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing prevention education programs in schools, community education, and awareness. You will also be responsible for data collection and reporting, advocacy, and crisis response. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as technical skills in multi-media presentation; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management and organizational skills are required. Experience in educational and/or informational program presentations to children and teens is required.
Qualifications needed are a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Work, Sociology, or other humanities-related field required). A passion for the mission.
