The Crime Victims' Rights Rally is held each year to raise awareness of the rights and interests of crime victims. The theme for 2015, Empowering Communities. Empowering Victims., provides an opportunity to recommit ourselves to extending our reach through a victim-centered approach.
Join us for our annual rally to commemorate National Victims Rights Week. The event will be held in the Rotunda of the Capital Complex in Harrisburg PA.
