PCAR Case Notes and File Maintenance Guidance

PCAR is offering guidance for case notes and client file maintenance that meet 2019 PCAR Standards expectations and best practices. A virtual presentation is scheduled for December 7, 1-3 pm. This is ideal for sexual assault center staff who work with survivors, direct service supervisors who review and support staff work and documentation, and any other center staff who work with sexual assault survivor client files.
