    HARRISBURG—Governor Tom Wolf’s proposed budget includes a 10 percent increase for rape crisis services in Pennsylvania, bringing the total funding for 2015-16 to $9,639,000.
     
    The increase would help to fortify the services of PCAR and the network of 50 rape crisis centers that provide services to citizens impacted by sexual assault across Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.
