    HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape and the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence are urging the Pennsylvania House and Senate to restore funds to the House amended budget because of victims like Beth. 
    Beth was 15 years old when her music teacher began raping her in school. For nine months she worried about selecting clothes that would be difficult to rip off and how to avoid him in the school halls.

    HARRISBURG--The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape was featured as the Community Organization of the Night at the Harrisburg Senators baseball game on Saturday, April 9.  As part of the night, PCAR Chief Executive Officer Delilah Rumburg, participated in an on-field interview about PCAR and her grandson, Hunter Rumburg, threw out the first pitch.  Throughout the game, a table was staffed by a number of PCAR employees to hand out materials and promotional items.  The event was a great opportu
