Session 1: Understanding Youth with Problematic Sexual Behavior

This training will support team members learning about youth who display problematic sexual behavior. Participants will be invited to learn about typical sexual development in children age 3-14 and when that behavior becomes problematic and even illegal.  This training will explore the indicators, protective factors and characteristics of youth who engage in PSB. Trainers will share research and evidenced based interventions for this population. This training will also support participant growth in engaging caregivers in treatment.
