Adagio Health meets the health & wellness needs of diverse communities, regardless of income, with a focus on women, their families and communities.

Shepherd Wellness Community (SWC) is the only HIV/AIDS community in western Pennsylvania. Their mission is helping people living with HIV improve their wellness. Despite the advances in medical treatment, the need for a supportive community to assist people living with HIV is greater than ever.

    • Community Center is located in Pittsburgh
  • Services:
    • Gathering place and resource center for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones
    • Free wellness dinners to improve nutrition and offer emotional support

Women’s Care Center of Erie County

North Central

AIDS Resource is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides HIV prevention programs, HIV and STI testing, and assistance to those living with or affected by HIV or AIDS.

    • Northcentral PA: Serves Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Lycoming, McKean, Potter, Snyder, and Union counties
    • Two main offices located in Williamsport (headquarters) and State College; Satellite office located in Bellefonte

    • Provides HIV education programs to schools, community groups, and businesses
    • Individualized HIV risk reduction plans
    • Treatment and testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea
    • HIV and Hepatitis C testing; also offers At-Home HIV testing

      • Includes mental health counseling, transportation, housing assistance, etc. for HIV patients enrolled in the case management program
